Learn essential skills for the workplace; practice for job-sites, receive guidance from mentors who can support you as you pursue your employment goals.

Ability Works

The Ability Works (AW) program supports adults living with disabilities to help them prepare for, obtain and keep employment or to become self-employed.

Youth Employment Skills Strategy

The Youth Employment Skills Strategy (YESS) program serves youth between the ages of 15 and 30 years old who are facing multiple barriers to employment.

Cornerstone

Our Cornerstone program is designed to provide relevant certification and training for entry-level work in health care and disability support.  It’s a 12-week course with in-class and online training, as well as an experiential work placement. Participants will leave the program with the 7 core competencies required by many care institutions. 

Lifestreams

Lifestreams is a progressive, 12-week program with personal development, teamwork, self-exploration and values clarification at its core. It provides a foundation for career exploration and employment readiness. Early sessions look at your existing skills and goals and over time we help you work towards opportunities that will enhance your life and employment.
