Lifestreams – Program Details

Are you ready for Change? Do you want to try something new? Do you want to try something that you always wanted to do but aren’t sure about?

Lifestreams might be the answer.

This program is designed around you… looking at your needs, interests, skills and hopes for the future.

By participating you will gain greater self-awareness and self-confidence. You will have a greater understanding of the essential skills for employment, as well as receiving stress, time and money management skills needed for success in the workforce and in life.

You will have the opportunity to explore your strengths, to find out what you are good at and what excites you, as well as pin-point some areas that may need some work.

Lifestreams is a progressive, 12-week program. It will start with sessions being held 2 days/week and gradually increase to options running 4 days/week.
